Shipping Policy
At HAMELYN TECHNOLOGIES S.L., we ship to various countries in Europe and Latin America from our logistics center in Madrid (Spain). We work with trusted logistics operators in each region to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
1. SHIPPING WITHIN SPAIN
Orders within Spain are shipped with logistics operators such as Cainiao and Correos/Postlibri, depending on the destination, shipping method, and package size. The usual delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours from when the order leaves our facilities. For orders outside the UK, shipments are made with Correos/Postlibri.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, although they may vary slightly depending on the area and the carrier workload.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions to track the package in real time.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer, and identification and signature will be required to confirm receipt. If the recipient is absent, the courier may leave your order at a nearby pickup point or at the corresponding Correos office, depending on the shipping method selected. If you need help with delivery, contact us by WhatsApp to open an incident.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping from Spain to other countries is handled through international and local logistics operators, depending on the customer’s location. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country (see the country breakdown table below), but regardless of the country, our team processes and prepares orders within a maximum of 48 hours so they arrive as soon as possible. Once your order has left our warehouse located at Calle de los Llanos de Jerez 1, 28823 Madrid, Coslada, you will receive an email with the tracking link within a maximum of 24 hours.
