«Bye... bye... Caperucita» is the movie by Marta Meszaros, starring Fanny Lauzier, Margit Makay and Pamela Collyer, released on DVD in 2016.
A surrealist retelling of Little Red Riding Hood. After her parents' separation, Fanny moves with her mother to a house in the woods, near her grandmother and great-grandmother. A talking wolf, a tree with human faces and a clairvoyant great-grandmother alter her perception of reality. Nicolás, a city boy, shares this ambiguous world between fantasy and reality.
With 4:3 picture and Dolby Digital sound, region 2. A 90-minute Canadian production, with Spanish and English audio. Suitable for all ages.
For those seeking a dreamlike version of the classic tale told from a girl's perspective.
