«El Bulli: Cooking In Progress» is the documentary movie by Gereon Wetzel (2012), starring Ferran Adrià, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch, on DVD.
The documentary follows Ferran Adrià and his collaborators in their kitchen-laboratory in Barcelona, where every winter they experimented to create the menu for the new season.
