Set in the 1930s, this comedy of errors follows a young con man and a veteran grifter who hatch a plan to avenge the death of a partner and pull off a big sting on a powerful mobster. The key is a perfectly orchestrated farce in which nothing is what it seems, with an ending as unexpected as it is surprising.
