Immerse yourself in a glorious version of Anthony Hope's classic novel, where conspiracy, romance, and the brilliance of swords intertwine. In the kingdom of Ruritania, the monarch Rodolfo faces his evil half-brother, the Duke of Strelsau. On the eve of his coronation, Rodolfo is kidnapped by the Duke's henchman, Rupert de Hentzau, in a conspiracy to usurp the throne. Fate intervenes when Rodolfo Rassendyll, astonishingly similar to the king, enters the scene. Colonel Zapt recruits him to save the crown, beginning an adventure that leads him to a romance with the beautiful Princess Flavio and culminates in an epic saber and dagger combat against the villain Rupert.
