«El Sudario de Cristo» is the documentary produced by Goya Producciones, on DVD, about the Shroud of Oviedo and the Holy Shroud of Turin.
The documentary examines the cloth that, according to the Gospel of John, covered Christ's head and is preserved in Oviedo Cathedral. After twelve years of study, scientists found matches with the Holy Shroud of Turin: the same blood type, pollen from Jerusalem, myrrh, aloe, and punctures from the crown of thorns at the same points.
DVD PAL 4:3 with Dolby Digital stereo sound and audio tracks in Spanish, German, and Polish. Part of the series «Enigmas del Cristianismo».
For those interested in Christian relics, Church history, and the debate over the authenticity of the Holy Shroud.
