«Rabia» is the horror movie by David Cronenberg (1977), starring Marilyn Chambers, Frank Moore and Joe Silver, on DVD.
The protagonist, Rose, ends up at the Keloid clinic after an accident; there she receives an experimental surgical treatment. The intervention gives rise to a strange mutation: an appendage with which she drains the blood of those who cross her path. That contact unleashes a homicidal fury that spreads and sows chaos in the city.
