Tanguy is a clever but perpetual student still living at home with his parents at age 28. He treats his parents' house as the proverbial hotel and to their dismay entertains women friends in his bedroom. Tanguy's parents want him out but can't bring themselves to tell him, so instead they start a secret campaign to drive him out of the family home. This French comedy directed by Étienne Chatiliez is a witty satire on family dependency and generational relationships, exploring the domestic tensions that arise when the boundaries of living together are tested.
