«Te Odio, Mi Amor» is Mark Joffe's (1997) romantic comedy starring Janeane Garofalo, David O'Hara and Milo O'Shea, on DVD.
Marcy Tizard, an adviser to a US senator, travels to the small Irish town of Ballinagra to trace her boss's ancestors and win the Irish vote. She arrives during the annual matchmaking festival and there meets two very different men. A romantic comedy with irony, also for those who distrust romanticism.
Running time: 94 minutes. Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. Dubbing in Spanish, English and Russian; subtitles in Spanish, English, Dutch, Norwegian and Swedish.
For lovers of screwball comedies with irony and an Irish setting; also for those who shy away from saccharine romance.
