After serving time, five petty criminals united by their common hobby of chasing attractive women and getting into embarrassing situations do their best to reform. They decide that the best way to clean up their reputation is to start a completely legal cleaning company. Unfortunately for them, one of their first clients is an organized crime lord, and while performing a service in his building, they mistakenly take some valuable printing plates with them. Almost without realizing it, they will find themselves caught up in a war between rival mafia gangs for control of the counterfeit money business in Hong Kong. To balance things out a bit, they will have the help of a young police officer.
