Julius Caesar has conquered Britain, but a village of indomitable Britons resists; its chief sends Beltorax, a distant cousin of Asterix, to the Gaulish village to ask for help. Panoramix gives him a barrel of magic potion, and Asterix and Obelix accompany him back to the island on a mission full of clashes with British customs.
It is the eighth album in the Astérix series. The 1977 Spanish edition was published in Barcelona and includes the translation by Jaime Perich.
For readers of humor comics, and for those who want to complete the Astérix series.

There he met Belgian cartoonist Morris. After his return to France, they collaborated for more than 20 years on the comic series Lucky Luke.
