«Choisis ton histoire de princes et de princesses» is the children's storybook by Orianne Lallemand, Catherine Kalengula, Agnès de Lestrade and Florence Vandermalière, published by Lito in hardcover (96 pages, in French).
It collects eight modern tales that reinvent princes and princesses: the characters appear in everyday or fantastical settings, sometimes humanized as fruits and vegetables, and traditional roles are inverted or used to convey an updated lesson. The stories show, among others, a princess who prefers to go to school, a prince who reigns over toys, and another who cannot find a princess to his liking.
The book includes colored tabs on the page margins, with the main characters of each tale. It was originally published in 2014 and measures approximately 21 x 25 cm.
Suitable for young French-speaking readers from about 3 years old, with striking illustrations and an interactive format to enjoy as a family.
