«Cuaderno de Sarajevo» is Juan Goytisolo's testimony on the Bosnian war, published by Aguilar in paperback (136 pages, in Spanish).
Juan Goytisolo turns his notes from a trip to Sarajevo during the Bosnian war into a personal testimony of life under siege: he portrays the destruction of the city, the suffering and resistance of its inhabitants, and reflects on the international community's indifference to the barbarity.
Published in 1993 in the El viaje interior collection, with the subtitle «Anotaciones de un viaje a la barbarie».
