«Die Seepriesterin» is the mystical fantasy novel by Dion Fortune, published by Smaragd Verlag in paperback (336 pages, in German).
The story is set between Celtic mythology and the legend of Atlantis, with Vivien le Fay Morgan, sorceress of Avalon linked to Merlin, as the central figure. Wilfried Maxwell, a bachelor dominated by his mother and sister, falls in love with Morgan and follows her to an ancient cult where he discovers lunar magic and the mystery of death and rebirth.
Considered a classic of twentieth-century spiritual literature, the work includes Dion Fortune's maxim: «la magia es el arte de provocar cambios en la conciencia».
Intended for readers of spiritual and mystical fantasy, with an interest in Arthurian legend, occultism and mystery tales.
