Jasper Maskelyne, a British magician raised in a family of illusionists, offers his art to the English army in World War II. In North Africa, his optical deceptions confuse the Afrika Korps: fake armies, simulated ports and the concealment of the Suez Canal, up to the Battle of El Alamein.
First edition published in June 2007 in Córdoba; it belongs to the Novela collection.
For readers of historical fiction and military history of World War II.
David Fisher was a British television screenwriter. He is best known for writing four Doctor Who serials when it starred Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor.
