«Eritrosina» is the photography book by Carolina Diego, published by Editorial UCA in paperback (84 pages, in Spanish).
The book starts from E127, a pink pigment once used to dye cotton candy and now banned. Carolina Diego, a descendant of three generations of cotton candy makers, uses it as a metaphor for family and inheritance in images gathered for the eponymous exhibition at the Sala Kursala of the University of Cádiz (2025).
