«Etats du lieu, suivi de Périmètre de l'arbre» is the poetry collection by Jean-Max Tixier, published by Éditions Autres temps in paperback (109 pages, in French).
The volume contains two poetry collections by Jean-Max Tixier in which word and landscape seek each other out. The poet attempts to name minerals, waters and natural elements, while the writing oscillates between doubt and serenity. In sober prose or brief verses, he seeks to fix impressions of the world and achieve a calm that overcomes unease.
The volume belongs to the «Temps Poétique» collection from Éditions Autres temps and was published in 1992.
A book for readers interested in contemporary French poetry and in lyrical writing about nature and language.
