«Interpretación y teoría del derecho» is an essay on legal philosophy by Andrei Marmor, published by GEDISA in paperback (256 pages, in Spanish).
Marmor analyzes legal interpretation as a paradigm of legal theory, from Dworkin and against Hart. He examines the ambiguity of cases and the conditions of validity; he sees in Dworkin inconsistencies that lead to a dangerous and unnecessary relativism. Interpretation would be an exceptional resource for what is not determined by laws and conventions.
First edition in the BEG / Philosophy of Law collection by GEDISA, translated by Marcelo Mendoza Hurtado.
Aimed at students and scholars of legal philosophy and legal theory.
