«Jahrhundertwende am Naschmarkt» is a photographic essay by Karlheinz Roschitz and Matthias Cremer, published by Edition Tusch in hardcover (60 pages).
The book documents the lesser-known Viennese Jugendstil around the Naschmarkt: the city's architecture and ornamentation between 1895 and 1916. Matthias Cremer's photographs, with text by Karlheinz Roschitz, show facades, decorative details and bronze sculptures of Viennese modernism.
Published in 1986 within Edition Tusch's Tusch-Varia series. The subtitle is «Unbekannter Jugendstil in Wien» and the text is in German.
A work for enthusiasts of Viennese modernism, architectural history and documentary photography.
