«Jeeves Omnibus 2» is a collection of humorous novels and stories by P.G. Wodehouse, published by Hutchinson in hardcover (608 pages, in English).
The volume brings together two novels and a book of stories featuring Bertie Wooster and his valet Jeeves: «Right Ho, Jeeves», «Joy in the Morning» and «Carry On, Jeeves». Amid misunderstandings, romantic entanglements and fearsome relatives, Bertie gets into scrapes from which only Jeeves's wit and elegance can extricate him.
Second volume in the Jeeves and Wooster saga, published in 1990, in the Jeeves Omnibus series.
For readers of classic English comedy and for those who know Jeeves and Bertie Wooster from their television adaptations with Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie.
Sir Pelham Grenville Wodehouse was an English writer and one of the most widely read humorists of the 20th century. His creations include the feather-brained Bertie Wooster and his sagacious valet, Jeeves; the immaculate and loquacious Psmith; Lord Emsworth and the Blandings Castle set; the Oldest Member, with stories about golf; and Mr. Mulliner, with tall tales on subjects ranging from bibulous bishops to megalomaniac movie moguls.
