«Juegos peligrosos» is the graded Spanish reader for teenagers by María Menéndez-Ponte (level B2), published by Ediciones SM in paperback (80 pages).
Sonia looks in the mirror and feels uncomfortable with her childish appearance: she would like to have a more adult image. From that moment on, the narrative follows Sonia and her friends through situations and conflicts typical of adolescence, combining a close tone with the challenge of reading at an intermediate level of Spanish.
It belongs to the Metrópolis collection, a series of graded readers for teenagers. The edition includes an audio CD with the complete narration, vocabulary glosses, didactic activities and their answer key.
For students of Spanish as a foreign language (ELE) at level B2 and for young readers who want to practice reading and listening comprehension.
