«La liberación del actor» is Peter Bridgmont's theatrical essay, published by Ellago Ediciones in paperback (232 pages, in Spanish).
The author champions the esoteric dimension of acting, beyond conventional character analysis. Drawing on Rudolf Steiner's ideas on the art of speech and dramatic art, Bridgmont proposes a new foundation for the contemporary actor to reclaim their role as messenger and strengthen the performing arts.
First edition published by Ellago Ediciones in Castellón de la Plana in 2002, translated by Luis Ramos Altamira.
Aimed at actors, drama students, and readers interested in the spoken word and the future of theater.
