«Le premier qui s'endort...!» is Jacques Faizant’s album of graphic humor, published by Denoël in paperback (144 pages, in French).
A collection of drawings and cartoons by Jacques Faizant: family scenes, popular character types and political satire executed with irony and an agile line, in the tradition of French graphic humor of the 1980s. The cover image, with three characters in a bed, reflects that complicit, mocking tone.
Original French edition of 1986: 144 pages in paperback, with ISBN-10 2207233170. The bibliographic record lists it under the humor category.
For readers of classic French graphic humor and for those who enjoy political satire in cartoons.
