This legal study examines cross-border territorial planning in the Franco-Valdo-Genevan region. It analyzes the legal instruments of cross-border cooperation, compares territorial plans from France, Geneva, and Vaud, and provides a critical look at practices implemented up to 2015. The work proposes a new Franco-Swiss international treaty to ensure the sustainability and democratic legitimacy of cross-border efforts, creating a new institutional space for integrated territorial planning.
