«Manualidades de papel (Papiroflexia)» is the origami manual by Mikel York, published by Ediciones Altosa in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
This manual proposes starting in origami from a simple sheet of paper: with folds and creases, one learns to create figures and constructions with one's own hands. The cover illustrations show examples such as a red figure, a pinwheel and a box, and the cover text emphasizes exercising the hands and skills while practicing, until achieving one's own creations.
Within the Biblioteca de actividades collection, it was published in Madrid in 1998. The Spanish edition has 128 pages and illustrations.
Due to its practical approach, it is suitable for a child and youth audience, as well as for adults who want to start in origami.
