«Matriarcado» is the dystopian science fiction novel by Pedro Moret Vegas, published by Independently published in paperback (414 pages, in Spanish).
In the year 2125, a century after Kocinsky syndrome decimated the male population, women control public life and men live segregated. The death of a lawyer and the search for her killer expose the contradictions of that social order, in a cyberpunk fable with criminal investigation and gender satire.
Matriarcado is the second novel by Pedro Moret Vegas, whose first novel, «Diseccionando un Instante» (2020), won the international Black Mountain crime fiction award in Bossòst.
For adult readers interested in dystopian science fiction and crime fiction with social undertones.
