«Nuestro GG en la Habana» is the crime and historical novel by Pedro Juan Gutiérrez, published by Anagrama in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
In July 1955, Graham Greene arrives in Havana and encounters a world of espionage and mafia: porn artists, transvestites, FBI and KGB agents, Nazi hunters and mobsters. Based on real events, the novel blends the crime genre with reflection on the craft of writing and the power of the word against inquisitors and heretics.
First edition of 2004, number 365 of Anagrama's Narrativas hispánicas collection, published in Barcelona.
Aimed at readers of Pedro Juan Gutiérrez and contemporary Cuban narrative, especially followers of the Centro Habana Cycle.
