Este libro documenta un proyecto de arte público que utiliza como 'galería' la remodelación del distrito de Transvaal en La Haya. Cientos de intervenciones artísticas han tenido lugar en el distrito a medida que 3000 unidades de alquiler obsoletas se reemplazan con 1600 nuevas viviendas ocupadas por sus dueños, transformando el vecindario de baja escala a ingresos mixtos.
