«Pasteles y postres» is the children's cookbook by Mercedes Segarra, published by RBA Molino in hardcover (36 pages, in Spanish).
Children's recipe book focused on cakes and desserts: it explains to children, in simple language, how to prepare sweets step by step. The illustrations show the ingredients, each stage of preparation and the finished dish, so that little cooks can follow the recipes and learn while having fun.
The work was published in 2003 within the Children's Non-Fiction collection and the cover features the subtitle El pequeño chef.
Aimed at children who want to start cooking and at adults looking for an educational and fun activity to share with them.
