«Pensar con imágenes» is Enric Jardí's essay on graphic design, published by Editorial GG in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
Enric Jardí explains the process of understanding images, which operates globally and simultaneously as opposed to the sequential reading of a text. Through the analysis of 60 images, he reviews technical resources such as color, shape or signs and visual rhetoric strategies such as metaphor, irony or euphemism, so that those who create images know how to convey the desired message.
First edition of 2012, part of the Monografías collection from Editorial GG. The volume closes with an epilogue by Joan Costa.
Aimed at graphic designers, illustrators and visual communication students seeking to understand how the visual message is constructed.
