«Picarol, Revista Humorística» is the humorous magazine by various authors, published by Parsifal in a hardcover facsimile, in Catalan.
The weekly Picarol appeared in Barcelona in 1912 and used humor as a pretext to bring together leading illustrators and writers of the Catalan culture of the time. This facsimile reproduces its original design and is profusely illustrated in black and white, with the quote from Paris-Journal praising the magazine on the cover.
The volume measures 29.5 x 35 cm and the edition, prepared by Ricard Mas, presents the complete text in Catalan.
It will interest collectors of satirical press and readers of early 20th-century Catalan culture.
