«Pinte Ud!» is a painting guide by J. de S'Agaró, published by L.E.D.A. Las Ediciones de Arte in hardcover (44 pages, in Spanish).
It argues that mental fatigue is not fought by staying still, but with an occupation that simultaneously activates the mind, the eyes and the hands; painting as a hobby provides that restorative rest. It includes landscapes, still lifes, fruit, flowers and seascapes.
Fourth edition of the work, published in Barcelona in 1982; it is part of the series «Como Se Hace», no. 5.
Aimed at beginners who want to start painting as a hobby and at those looking for an activity that disconnects them from intellectual work.
