«Retratos» is the children's art activity book by Szenes Arpad and Daniel Centeno Maldonado, published by Timun Mas in paperback (32 pages).
«Retratos» proposes an art workshop around portraiture: images of faces serve as a starting point for trying various techniques. With instructions and examples, children learn to observe, experiment with materials, and turn each model into their own creation.
Published by Timun Mas in 1998, in Spanish. It falls within the categories of art and culture and children's and young adult.
Aimed at a children's audience, it also serves as supporting material for families and educators who want to introduce children to the visual arts.
