«Ricky» is the autobiography of British actor and activist Ricky Tomlinson, published by Sphere in hardcover (370 pages, in English).
Ricky Tomlinson, known for playing Jim Royle in The Royle Family, looks back on a life that, according to his mother, was enough for three: plasterer, banjo player, trade union and political activist, and he also spent time in prison. From that career come stories of humor, injustice, love and triumph, told with irony and honesty.
The hardcover edition was published on October 2, 2003 and includes an index and 24 pages of photographic plates.
For fans of Ricky Tomlinson and The Royle Family, and for readers of biographies of actors with a social background.
