«Robert Filliou: Genio sin talento» is Silvie Jouval's catalogue for the eponymous exhibition, published by MACBA in paperback (192 pages, in Spanish).
The book documents the traveling exhibition that presented over 150 works by Filliou, a pacifist artist and connoisseur of Buddhist thought. His pieces, made from waste materials such as wires, strings or cardboard, seek to question dualisms and open new creative possibilities within contemporary art.
The publication accompanies the exhibition co-produced by MACBA Barcelona, the museum kunst palast in Düsseldorf and the Musée d'art moderne de Lille Métropole, held between April 2003 and March 2004.
For those interested in contemporary art and the experimental career of Robert Filliou.
