Synopsis of Une île trop loin
En el contexto de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, dos jóvenes hermanas judías, Steffi y Nelli, se ven obligadas a huir de Viena y buscar refugio en Suecia. Lo que inicialmente se plantea como una separación temporal de sus padres, mientras estos gestionan su exilio a Estados Unidos, se convierte en una experiencia transformadora en una isla de clima adverso.
