Óscar Alzaga is a Spanish jurist, academic and politician. He is the founder of People's Democratic Party. Until 1987 he was an active politician in Spain.

Óscar Alzaga was born in Madrid in 1942 and has built a distinguished career as a lawyer and politician.

His main work, La primera democracia cristiana en España, is a fundamental reference for understanding the country's political history.

Throughout his career, he has published a total of 14 works exploring topics of constitutional law and government.

His deep knowledge as a jurist has allowed him to rigorously analyze the evolution of Spanish institutions.

In addition to his political work, Alzaga has dedicated much of his life to the study of private companies and law.
