Benjamin Harper was born in Texas in 1969 and has dedicated his career to the world of children's literature.
His childhood fascination with insects, dinosaurs, and kaiju has inspired much of his literary work.
In addition to writing, Harper has an extensive background as an editor in the children's book industry.
He is the author of the popular Bug Girl series and the book Obsessed with Star Wars.
He currently lives in Los Angeles with his cat, Edith Bouvier Beale, III.
