«American Graffiti» is the 1973 George Lucas movie starring Richard Dreyfuss, Ron Howard and Harrison Ford, on DVD.
The action takes place in the early sixties: a group of young people live their last summer night before leaving for college, driving around town between radio stations, races, dates and a drive-in. The rock and roll soundtrack wraps up that farewell to adolescence and to an era.
Produced by Francis Ford Coppola, this Collector's Edition from the High School Reunion Collection includes audio in English and French and subtitles in English and Spanish. Running time: 112 minutes. Rated PG.
Recommended for those who enjoy classic American cinema, coming-of-age stories and rock and roll soundtracks.
