«Cupcakes» is the musical comedy by Eytan Fox (2014), starring Anat Waxman, Yael Bar-Zohar and Ofer Shechter, on DVD.
A group of friends in Tel Aviv gather to watch the UniverSong contest and feel disappointed with the Israeli entry, so they decide to improvise their own song and record it on a mobile phone. Their performance reaches the jury's ears and the team ends up representing Israel in the final, with hilarious results. The film is a musical parody celebrating friendship, romance and the spirit of Eurovision.
