«Der Gott des Gemetzels» is the movie by Roman Polanski (2011), starring Jodie Foster, Kate Winslet and Christoph Waltz, on DVD.
Two couples meet to discuss a school fight between their children. That meeting, which should be a reasonable conversation, degenerates into a confrontation full of reproaches and secrets. Based on the stage play by Yasmina Reza, it shows with irony the fragility of the manners of comfortable life.
