When genetic expert Catherine Vicily (Vanessa Angel) manages to clone a saber-toothed tiger, she is unaware of the danger she is about to unleash on the modern world. After a violent attack in the laboratory, the feline is transferred to other facilities in an isolated part of the mountains. However, along the way the truck has an accident and the tiger escapes and disappears into the mountain mist. Unfortunately for a group of campers, the ferocious predator heads straight for them. In a race against time, Thatcher must save the young people and prevent the tiger from killing again.
