En esta obra, un bufón en la corte del Rey Juan Carlos I de España vive recluido en una buhardilla porque no le permiten hablar con el monarca para evitar que este conozca la realidad del país. A través de 12 números musicales, el bufón y su grupo exponen temas sociales como la emigración, el racismo y la política, intentando que el pueblo sea escuchado. La obra combina el humor característico de Borrajo con una sátira punzante sobre la sociedad española de finales de los años 90. Esta edición en DVD captura la esencia del espectáculo en vivo, incluyendo la dirección musical de Guillermo Cortázar y la coreografía de Marvin Salas.
