Synopsis of El verdugo
José Luis, un joven empleado de una funeraria con aspiraciones de ser mecánico en Alemania, se ve obligado a casarse con la hija de Amadeo, un verdugo profesional. Ante la falta de recursos económicos, Amadeo persuade a José Luis para que solicite la plaza de verdugo que él dejará vacante al jubilarse, ofreciéndole una vivienda. José Luis acepta con la esperanza de no tener que ejercer nunca tan terrible oficio.
