«Encantada: La historia de Giselle» is the 2007 film by Kevin Lima, starring Amy Adams, James Marsden and Patrick Dempsey, on DVD.
Giselle, a princess from the animated kingdom of Andalasia, is banished to real New York and discovers a world without magic. The film alternates animation and live action to follow her encounter with a divorce lawyer and turn her innocence into the driving force of a musical comedy with songs and nods to fairy tales.
Running time 103 minutes; audio in Spanish, English and Portuguese in Dolby Digital 5.1 and subtitles in these three languages.
Suitable for all audiences, it is an option for family viewing and for those who enjoy musical comedies and Disney's nods to its own princesses.
