A British intelligence agent known as The Eye watches Joanna Eris, a young woman accused of blackmailing a senior official. As he follows her across Europe, he becomes obsessed with her; when a photograph reveals the image of his dead daughter, that fascination turns into a dangerous game of protection and deceit.
