«Galaxy Quest» is the comedy and science fiction movie by Dean Parisot (1999), starring Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver and Alan Rickman, on DVD.
The actors of a cult science fiction TV series already cancelled are mistaken for space heroes by aliens who ask for their help. Without a script or director, the crew of the NSEA Protector must take on their old roles in the face of a real threat. A comedy that parodies the genre's clichés and pays tribute to its fans.
DVD edition with one disc and 102 minutes, with audio in English, Spanish and Italian in Dolby Digital 5.1.
Ideal for science fiction and comedy fans, especially if they enjoy parodies of space series.
