«Ghost Dog» is the movie by Jim Jarmusch (1999), starring Forest Whitaker, John Tormey and Cliff Gorman, on DVD.
Ghost Dog is a hitman who lives isolated in a hut on the rooftop of a building, with carrier pigeons as his only contact with the outside world. Guided by the Hagakure, an ancient samurai code, he responds to the mafia's betrayal by applying that same code, in a story that contrasts ancestral wisdom with the modern world.

Will appeal to fans of Jim Jarmusch and those who enjoy stories of honor and loyalty between the samurai code and the mafia.
