In the winter of 1999, after the NATO bombing, a platoon of Spanish Army engineers deployed in Kosovo as part of KFOR is tasked with repairing an electrical repeater in the exclusion zone. What was meant to be a maintenance mission becomes a delicate humanitarian operation, and the soldiers find themselves trapped between the violence of Kosovo Albanians and Serbs, also struggling with their own convictions.
