A pair of police officers with opposing styles —a martial arts expert and a very talkative agent— must collaborate on an investigation. The clash of characters and misunderstandings turn the police plot into a succession of chases and physical humor.

For fans of buddy cop movies and physical humor; the chemistry between Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker is the main attraction.
